Material of our products is 925 sterling silver, 9K, 14K and 18K solid gold.

02 Is it environmental friendly?

Yes,all of our products are nickel and lead free.

03 Will the silver cause allergy?

Don't worry,more than 98% people wear it and it's safe.

04 What color can you do? What thickness you do?

we can plate with many different colors including rhodium, gold ,rose-gold , black ruthenium and antique silver. For gold or rose gold plated, we can work at 0.1um, 0.5um, 1um, and 2.5um gold vermeil.

05 Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes,we accept custom designs. We accept OEM/ODM orders.

06 How to ship the package?

Normally we use DHL,TNT,EMS,UPS and Fedex express.

07How long is the delivery time?

About four weeks,if new customized styles, two more weeks for making molds.

08 what stone you use for the jewelry?

Cubic zirconia, Swarovski crystals, gemstones, fresh water pearl, semi-precious stones, Tahitian pearl and small diamond.

09 Could I laser my own brand/ logo ?

Yes, Sure.

10Will you pack the goods with my packing stuff?

Yes, we offer this service with a bit extra packing charge.
